The 37th annual Dora Mavor Moore Award nominees have been announced, with the COC in the lead for a total of 24 nominations in the opera division.

The 37th annual Dora Mavor Moore Award nominees have been announced. Out of a total 236 nominations in 48 categories, the Opera Division is led by the Canadian Opera Company (24), Opera Atelier (3), Luminato (2) Against the Grain Theatre (1), and Tapestry Opera (1).

The 2016 Dora Mavor Moore Awards show will take place at Harbourfront Centre’s open-air Concert Stage on June 27. Tickets go on sale May 31 via Harbourfront Centre Box Office at 416-973-4000 and online via  http://tapa.ca.
