There are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats. — Albert Schweitzer
Included in WAM, a new CD by Michael Norsworthy & Michael Finnissy, is a piece called, Mike, Brian, Marilyn, and the Cats. The playful piece includes various meows by a clowder of unidentified cats and was composed by English composer and pianist Michael Finnissy. We don’t know who Mike and Brian are exactly, and we are not sure what these cats are trying to say, but they sure sound cute.
You can hear more of the CD on iTunes, or Amazon.com.
