In honour of Mozart’s birthday, we’re giving away two tickets to see The Vienna Mozart Orchestra on March 13 at Roy Thomson Hall, (courtesy Roy Thomson Hall).
The Vienna Mozart Orchestra, under the direction of András Deák and with soloists Sera Gösch (soprano) and Sokolin Asllani (baritone), will perform a program of Mozart masterpieces including the entirety of Symphony No. 40 in G minor and arias from Don Giovanni, Marriage of Figaro, and Magic Flute. For the second half of the concert, the musicians will perform in 18th-century-period dress complete with powdered wigs, transporting audiences back to Mozart’s day and age.
